Belhop is a high-touch concierge app piloting in Aspen, built to help visitors book trusted local services—chefs, drivers, wellness providers, and more—without the friction. I’m leading brand, product, and go-to-market. That includes defining the platform’s structure, building vendor intake systems, mapping the guest experience, and developing early lead gen with flyers, waitlists, and site flows. The goal is a seamless, chat-first booking experience that feels human and high-end. Still in progress, but moving fast.
