Picking Up Where We Left Off

I knew the founders of Resolute from a past life in Executive Search, so I’d already seen the level they operate at. When they launched their own talent firm last year, they quickly gained momentum and a strong reputation, but hadn’t yet put pen to paper on their brand. Reconnecting with them to bring that to life was a highlight of my summer. Their goal was to design a brand through a lens that reflected their speed, precision, and credibility in hiring. It also needed to speak to their audience where it mattered most (hello Linkedin)!

Making It Real

The work was about translating their way of operating into design and growth systems. Fast, precise, and trusted in how they deliver — we wanted their brand to feel the same. Over the course of four weeks we took a blank slate through a lightweight buildout: logo, typography, visual guide, website, client & testimonail intake flows, and a polished LinkedIn presence. Every piece was designed to show credibility at a glance and give them tools they could reuse as they scaled. The result was a flexible brand foundation. Polished enough to earn trust and create consistency, but lightweight enough not to slow down a lean team. And such a treat to work with old friends again.
